Shipping Policy

ORDER   

We need 7-10 days to produce the climbing wall and step stools, which means your order will be ready for shipping within 10 days. During holidays and public holidays, the production time may be extended to 14 working days of production.

We would like to remind you that production also takes place on weekends. Please remember that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.

SHIPPING

We ship our products with delivery companies such as FedEx and DPD.

Delivery to the USA, Canada can take between 8 - 18 business days. Delivery to Europe can take between 3 - 10 business days.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any shipping damage, defects, or missing items within 14 days of receipt. Claims related to damage that may have occurred during transportation cannot be accepted after this 14-day period, as the condition of the goods at the time of delivery can no longer be verified.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All additional delivery costs - taxes, VAT, duties, fees - are borne by the buyer; we cannot influence it. You will receive more detailed information from your customs office.

GUARANTEES

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

We provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.
