Climbing walls are intended for all age groups of children from 3 years old. For the smallest children, we recommend footboards and handrails. Climbing stones, which you can find in our online store, are suitable for older children.

We need 7–10 days to produce the climbing wall and step stools, which means your order will be ready for shipping within 10 days. During holidays and public holidays, the production time may be extended to 14 working days of production.

The delivery time depends on your location. For orders within Europe, delivery usually takes 3–7 days. For the USA and Canada, delivery typically takes 7–14 days.

Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as we receive them. On occasion, due to weekends and holidays, you may receive your tracking number after your item has already been delivered.

We use shipping methods such as FedEx to deliver orders to our customers. We package the climbing wall and accessories in multiple packages. Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

We provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty for each of our products.

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

No, you don't need it. We send all the accessories needed for assembly with the climbing wall.

You can assemble our climbing wall yourself. We include instructions and all necessary parts with each product. However, some technical knowledge is required.
